We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason, we did our best to make a return and exchange policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply bring it back with your Return/Exchange Form and we will gladly accept it or process a return or exchange within 3 days of the purchase date.

Important: Please ensure that the product is in unused, unaltered, unsoiled and in original condition. Products that were sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for Return/Exchange as individual items. Include everything from the package you've received including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies, and Accessories. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If an exchange is invalid then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you. It will take the normal processing time (maximum of 7 days for local order). Exchange is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, the customer has the chance to be refunded. Delivery charges may apply for Exchange.

What qualifies as a return?

Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Wrong product, size or color or fit issue
• Damaged product
• Product lost in shipment
• Products with major quality defects
• You are unhappy with the Products quality
• The Product is different from description on the website

How do I return an item?

A Return/Exchange Form must be enclosed with the Invoice. If you no longer have the return/exchange form please contact at +880 17071 75065. We will send you a printable Return/Exchange Form. Please be sure to print out the form, complete all required information and include it with your return items. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the Form.

(Please note that, in case of any return or exchange issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 3 days.)

We will bear the return delivery charge if –

• You received a defective Product
• You received a physically damaged Product
• You are unhappy with the Products quality
• The Product is different from description on the website

You will bear the return delivery charge if –

• you change mind & cancel the booking after the Products is already delivered

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when

• If we are unable to provide replacement
• After return, if you want your money back
• If different Products are delivered to you.
• If you change mind & can cancel the booking before the Products is already shipped
• If you don’t want a replacement.

– Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-10 days after we receive the return package. Shipping costs are not refundable.
